Mr. Underwood, President of the firm, is a native Floridian and earned a B.S. Degree from Florida State University. Active in real estate appraising since 1971, his expertise encompasses properties such as commercial, industrial, condominium projects, subdivisions and vacant land. Further, he is a qualified “Expert Witness” for Federal, State and County Courts.
Mr. Underwood is a national instructor for the Appraisal Institute. He specializes in courses and seminars relating to litigation and eminent domain. He is able to draw on his broad testimony experience to make classes real. In addition, he has developed seminars for the Appraisal Institute nationally and locally.
